Client: European Parliament
The applicant teams had to choose a topic related to their own or their school’s lives and which topic is discussed by the European Parliament. The teams had to generate a debate about their chosen topic.
More than 30 teams submitted their tender documents, and the jury chose 7 winner teams from all regions in Hungary. The winners could take part in a three-day-long media training in Budapest, where they could gain theoretical and practical knowledge about the media. Acknowledged media experts gave interactive lectures during the training; for example D. Tóth András, reporter and TV presenter at RTL Klub, Balázs Náray, reporter, editor at Kossuth Radio and Máté Halmos, online journalist at index.hu.
The competition continued in 2016: school days were implemented in the schools of the seven winners. The team who won the second part of the competition won a trip to Brussels.
Our agency was responsible for the compiling and advertising of the tender as well as for organising the trainings.
